The Towerhouse team bring together a wealth of expertise and experience in the Construction and residential property Development industry, to deliver on the Towerhouse mission to lovingly create bespoke and luxury family homes. Our team are professional, accessible and passionate about what they do. They will all go that extra mile and strive to ensure that they provide the best house buying experience possible for their clients.
The Founder and Managing Director Nick Maskrey has worked within the property industry since the late 1990's, in which time he has gained vast experience of delivering refurbishments, conversions, extensions and new build homes. Nick has always lived in South Manchester where he bought his first home (and refurbishment project) in Reddish at the age of 18, before moving around the local area but spending the majority of his life living in and around the Heatons. Nick's passion for developing property is evident in the way he describes what he does, “it is like an artist painting a picture; however we use bricks and mortar".
In September 2019, Sarah joined the team initially on a part-time basis advising on project control and governance, with a view to take on a full time role as Operations Director commencing in April 2020. Sarah is a qualified Accountant and Project Manager with 20 years experience of working in the property sector as a Senior Finance and Project Professional. The most recent experiences being large scale programme delivery roles at Manchester Airport Group and The Co-operative Group.
Rachel joined the team in 2015 as Accounts Manager, bringing 14 years of experience working in all aspects of transactional finance. Rachel also manages the office and provides administrative support to the team.
